Job Summary

This role involves specialized system administration and expert consulting within the Social Services and Participation Department of the state capital, Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be responsible for the parameterization of specialist procedures in areas including SGB XII, SGB IX, and AsylbLG, ensuring compliance with social benefits law. Day-to-day tasks include managing software tests for new program versions, handling error management, and providing expert advice to case workers on complex case constellations within the OPEN/PROSOZ system. You will also be the primary contact for error handling related to the cash register interface between the specialist procedure and SAP, run payment processes, and actively participate in relevant projects. This position requires strong knowledge of social benefits law, expertise in OPEN/PROSOZ, and a structured, service-oriented approach to complex problem-solving, making it a critical support function for social service delivery.
