Job Summary

This role involves serving as the client representative and project manager for construction measures related to electrical, telecommunications, and IT systems within public administration projects in Saxony-Anhalt. Key responsibilities include coordinating and reviewing services according to HOAI (Fee structure for architects and engineers), conducting cost forecasting, managing procurement processes (VOB, VgV, UVgO), and leading project teams. The engineer will also be involved in BIM management for the electrical/IT sector, ensuring compliance with public building laws, and controlling costs, schedules, and quality. You will be instrumental in developing planning services, potentially utilizing BIM methods, and supporting building certification processes (BNB). This is a demanding position requiring expertise in public construction regulations and strong project leadership skills, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant public infrastructure projects.
