Job Summary

This is an exciting, permanent position for an Engineer specializing in Electrical, Telecommunications, and IT Technology within the public construction sector of Saxony-Anhalt. The role involves acting as the client representative (Bauherr), managing projects, and coordinating complex construction measures, maintenance, and building projects for federal and third-party clients. Day-to-day tasks include project leadership, cost forecasting, preparing procurement procedures (VOB, VgV, UVgO), and managing contracts and quality control for external engineers and construction companies. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with public building regulations and potentially developing in-house planning services using the BIM method. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
