Job Summary

This role involves acting as the client representative (Bauherr), managing project control tasks, and coordinating and reviewing services for construction projects (new builds, maintenance) related to Electrical, Telecommunications, and IT systems within the state administration. Key responsibilities include BIM management for these technical areas, preparing cost forecasts, conducting economic comparisons, and leading project teams. The successful candidate will manage procurement processes (VOB, VgV, UVgO), control costs, schedules, and quality, and ensure compliance with public building law and sustainability criteria (BNB). This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field, strong project management skills, and the ability to handle complex contractual and regulatory requirements in a public sector construction environment in Magdeburg.
