Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for an international IT service provider in Hannover, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software solutions. The Onsite IT Service Technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues locally, performing regular maintenance, and actively supporting rollout and IT projects. A key part of the job includes user support, handling technical inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation within the ticket system. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and foundational networking skills. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, a structured approach, customer orientation, and fluency in both German and English (minimum B2 level) to collaborate effectively within an international environment and with internal/external stakeholders.
