Job Summary

This role is central to actively shaping the energy transition in Eastern Germany by developing innovative, market-ready products and scalable processes focused on Future Energy Home and eMobility solutions (PV, heat pumps, electric mobility, and energy management). The Specialist Consultant acts as the critical interface between business and IT, coordinating product management requirements with developer implementation within the IT system. A significant part of the role involves leveraging expertise in Salesforce to translate business needs into technical solutions and optimize processes. The successful candidate will embrace agile methodologies, drive digital initiatives, and manage developer teams, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge and builds long-term partnerships for sustainable energy supply. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate persuasively with diverse stakeholders.
