This role involves coordinating and managing the technical aspects of digital IT systems development, specifically focusing on Systems Engineering methodologies. The Technical Coordinator will organize and moderate internal workshops and technical meetings with stakeholders, including specialized departments, clients (such as BAAINBw), and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include tracking and evaluating development status, preparing regular reports, managing change requests, and supporting the commissioning of various hardware components. A crucial part of the job is reviewing and interpreting technical documents like interface descriptions and data sheets, and developing technical solutions for integrating radio and IT systems. Success in this position requires a strong background in electrical or information technology, mandatory certification in Systems Engineering (e.g., Level C), and proven experience applying the V-Model in development projects, making this an essential role in complex system integration.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a technical qualification (e.g., state-certified technician) with relevant specialization; Mandatory recognized Systems Engineering certification (e.g., Level C)

Experience

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in Systems Engineering
  • Foundational experience in applying the V-Model in development projects
  • Advantageous: Initial experience in technical project management
