Job Summary

This role is for a strategic Project Lead focused on Cost and Value Engineering (CVE), tasked with enhancing product value while systematically reducing costs across global projects within the Smart Infrastructure Business Unit. The successful candidate will lead complex benchmarks and CVE initiatives, establish full cost transparency using bottom-up costing methods, and define target costs. Key requirements include a Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering), extensive professional experience in CVE, PLM consulting, or design engineering, and proven expertise in detailed cost calculation for manufacturing technologies like plastics, metal parts, or electronics.
