This role involves leading and coordinating an operational maintenance team within a large, long-term customer project in Northern Munich, focusing specifically on mechanical maintenance and fault clearance for automated systems. The Team Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing maintenance and repair deployments, creating reliable shift and vacation schedules, and managing external contractors. A critical aspect of the role is serving as the primary customer contact, ensuring high-quality order processing, thorough documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (Master Craftsman/Technician level) with multi-year experience in servicing or maintaining automated production facilities, particularly with blasting and testing equipment, and is comfortable with shift work and digital technologies.
