Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated 2nd Level Support Technician in Schongau, working initially via temporary employment with a strong possibility of permanent takeover by a leading IT consulting and service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing complex 2nd-level support, resolving IT incidents efficiently using a central ticketing system, and maintaining technical documentation. Key day-to-day tasks include performing necessary hardware repairs, installing and configuring various IT systems, and ensuring the optimal performance of Windows operating systems through regular maintenance and updates. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of two years of dedicated experience in 2nd Level Support and comprehensive knowledge of both software and hardware.
