Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated 2nd Level Support Technician in Schongau, working initially via temporary employment with a strong possibility of permanent takeover by a leading IT consulting and service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing complex 2nd-level support, resolving IT incidents efficiently using a central ticketing system, and maintaining technical documentation. Key day-to-day tasks include performing necessary hardware repairs, installing and configuring various IT systems, and ensuring the optimal performance of Windows operating systems through regular maintenance and updates. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of two years of dedicated experience in 2nd Level Support and comprehensive knowledge of both software and hardware. Ideal candidates will possess strong German and good English language skills, ready to jump into a role offering intensive onboarding and long-term career development opportunities.
