Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg, focusing on expert-level production and development within the field of Organic and Solid-Phase Chemistry. The specialist will dedicate approximately 40% of their time to the manufacturing of essential products, primarily peptides and oligonucleotides, strictly adhering to GMP guidelines and existing manufacturing protocols (SOPs). Day-to-day tasks include performing multi-stage syntheses on a lab scale, meticulous documentation (DIN ISO/GMP), and operating/monitoring required equipment (20%). Furthermore, the position requires significant involvement in process development and troubleshooting (15%), including implementing new procedures from R&D, handling deviations (OOS, CAPAs), and contributing to process optimization and scale-up efforts.
