Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg through temporary employment via Franz & Wach, focusing on the production of high-quality products for in vitro diagnostics within a GMP-regulated environment. The Technician will be responsible for executing production orders in the Peptide and Oligonucleotide production unit. Key daily tasks include managing deviations, CAPAs, OOS cases, and troubleshooting, alongside supporting process improvements, scale-ups, and change control activities. The position requires active participation in implementing new procedures and products, creating and revising SOPs and work instructions, and executing validation and qualification tasks. Candidates must possess a background in organic chemistry, chromatography, and strong skills in both German and English, coupled with a structured, conscientious, and independent working style, making this an excellent entry point into the pharmaceutical industry.
