Job Summary
This role as a Process and Innovation Specialist supports the Kiel Social Services Office in developing strategies, concepts, and innovative forms of collaboration to ensure future-proof social welfare provision. Day-to-day tasks involve utilizing project and process management methodologies, coordinating digitalization projects, developing detailed process maps (target processes), identifying process weaknesses, and establishing comprehensive project and process controlling. This includes developing steering-relevant KPIs, generating reports, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. Candidates must hold a completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent civil service qualification) and possess at least three years of relevant professional experience. Strong organizational ability and a readiness to adopt new organizational tools are essential. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma, minimum 6 semesters) OR Civil service qualification for the first entry level of career group two, General Services field OR Completed Employee Training Course II
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience based on required education/training
- Professional experience utilizing specialized organizational tools (e.g., Picture) or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Demonstrated strong organizational ability and flexibility
