This role involves shaping the future of a modern and efficient public administration by developing strategies, concepts, and process standards within the Office for Innovation and Central Services. The specialist will be responsible for creating new pathways, driving digitalization, and strengthening the office's role as a motor for administrative development. Key daily tasks include developing concepts and standards for project and process management methods, coordinating and evaluating digitalization projects, and creating process maps to identify weaknesses and implement target processes. The role also involves building a project and process controlling system, capturing key performance indicators, and conducting target-oriented deviation analyses. Candidates must hold a relevant university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) and possess at least three years of professional experience in the field. This position offers flexibility through flextime, part-time options, and home office arrangements, along with extensive development opportunities within the municipal government structure.

Required Skills

Education
