Job Summary

This role is a critical opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist to join a secure public sector employer, focusing on maintaining stable operation of essential IT systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of core infrastructure components like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS, alongside managing security solutions such as antivirus tools and email archiving. A significant part of the job involves managing the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Teams, and Exchange Online, and configuring services like SharePoint and Power BI. The specialist will also handle security and system updates for Windows Servers, participate in IT projects focused on system optimization and migration, and manage Incidents, Changes, and Service Requests following ITIL standards. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or equivalent professional training, coupled with proven experience in Windows-based infrastructure administration and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security management.
