This role is ideal for a qualified Technician or Master Craftsman ready to take on site supervision for complex technical building equipment projects in Karlsruhe. Focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Climate (HLSK/HVAC) systems, you will be responsible for the on-site monitoring and control of specialized trades. Key daily activities include ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards, meticulous documentation of construction progress, and verifying timely execution. Success requires close coordination with site management, specialist planners, and external contractors. You will also support final acceptance procedures and generate necessary reports.
