Job Summary

This critical role as Hybrid Cloud Manager ensures the stable, effective, and secure operation of all hybrid cloud solutions (public, private, and on-premise) within Speira, reporting directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations. You will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction for the company's cloud and datacenter portfolios. Daily responsibilities include the holistic management of the hybrid cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, covering planning, budgeting, and implementing new technologies. A core function involves initiating and leading projects for continuous IT infrastructure modernization and developing robust Hybrid Cloud Governance to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency. Furthermore, you will manage external partners according to defined SLAs and KPIs, update high-level design documents, and provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to your team. Success requires a strategic, analytical mindset and fluent German and English skills.
