Job Summary

This role involves providing essential, in-person IT support to employees, focusing on resolving technical challenges directly at the user's location. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, maintaining, and replacing end devices such as PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers, as well as configuring software and operating systems. The specialist will also manage technical support for meeting rooms, including presentation equipment, and perform basic network and cabling tasks. A critical component of the job is documenting and tracking all IT incidents using a ticketing system and coordinating closely with the central IT team. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or substantial practical experience in IT, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT hardware.
