Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to provide essential 1st and 2nd level support within a dynamic technology environment. Day-to-day, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and managing the installation and configuration of operating systems and applications. A core part of the job involves meticulous documentation of support cases and solutions within the ticketing system, as well as coordinating with external service providers and other IT teams.
