Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level technical consultation and problem resolution for national and international clients, delivered via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits. A core responsibility is the successful commissioning of complex systems, specifically those involving control (Regler) and SCADA components, at customer locations. You will conduct detailed error analyses, develop practical solution proposals, and actively support the release process for both hardware and software products. Furthermore, you are expected to conduct technical training sessions for customers and sales partners to strengthen market success, and relay valuable customer experiences back to product management for portfolio optimization. Candidates must possess a strong technical background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and an affinity for networking and basic programming concepts.
