Job Summary

This role involves leading the implementation and certification of an Energy Management System compliant with ISO 50001 standards for a major client like Siemens. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and integrating existing production facilities, developing and introducing a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to evaluate energy performance, and collaborating closely with production, maintenance, and IT departments for seamless data integration. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing the organization for internal and external audits and raising employee awareness regarding energy-related topics. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Energy/Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, possesses strong project management skills, and is familiar with ISO 50001, production processes, MES systems, and energy measurement techniques. Excellent German and English language skills are essential for success in this challenging and impactful position.
