Job Summary

As an IT Operations Manager at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and optimization of IT operational processes. Your daily responsibilities will include proactive system monitoring to prevent disruptions, collaborating closely with operational teams on the selection and integration of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and SaaS solutions, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. You will also manage relationships with external providers, provide training to the 1st Level Service Desk, and handle incident resolution.
