As an IT Support Specialist for the North Region at Hellmann, you will be the frontline support for employees in Bremen, Hamburg, and Lehrte, ensuring seamless IT operations. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on field support for desktops, laptops, printers, telephone systems, handhelds, and mobile devices. You'll be responsible for the installation, imaging, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware and software, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of local networks and infrastructure components. A key part of your role will be user support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in collaboration with the central Service Desk.
