Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the strategy and execution for Patient Focused and Real-World Data (PRWD) Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Healthcare division. The Head will lead a team of experts to optimize the delivery of patient-focused real-world insights and evidence (PRWI/E) by leveraging advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and AI. Day-to-day activities include developing forward-thinking strategies, piloting best analytical practices, driving the creation of innovative tools and platforms, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with R&D, IT, and other teams. Key requirements include an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant field like Data Science or Epidemiology, 10+ years of experience in RWE generation and AI, and proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.
