Job Summary
The City of Pforzheim's Youth and Social Welfare Office is seeking a Project Assistant to support the "NIFA plus: Network for Professional Integration of Refugees" project. This role involves assisting with the operational implementation of the project, including participant acquisition, maintaining contact with network partners and participants, and handling general administrative tasks like documentation and internet research. The ideal candidate will possess a background in communication, administration, or education, demonstrating strong organizational skills, teamwork, and excellent social and intercultural competence. This is a part-time, fixed-term position until September 2026, with an aim for extension until September 2028, offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to social integration efforts within the community.

Completed vocational training in communication, administration, or pedagogical field, or a comparable profession
Experience
- Professional experience in communication, administration, or pedagogical fields
- Experience in refugee and/or migration work (advantageous)
