Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant eager to contribute to the development and modification of macromolecular chemical products within a globally active family-owned company specializing in polymers. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting organic-chemical syntheses, specifically emulsion and solution polymerizations, at both laboratory and pilot scales. You will be responsible for optimizing synthesis methods, determining physicochemical properties of polymers using standardized testing procedures, and meticulously documenting and communicating experimental results. Success requires strong knowledge of organic-chemical synthesis, proficiency with standard laboratory equipment and MS Office, excellent teamwork skills, and a high degree of personal commitment and self-reliance.
