Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting experiments for developing new products and modifying existing ones, focusing heavily on organic chemical syntheses, particularly emulsion and solution polymerizations at laboratory and pilot scales. You will be responsible for optimizing synthesis methods, determining physicochemical properties of polymers using standardized tests, and meticulously documenting and communicating results.
