Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant eager to contribute to the Research and Development department of a globally active, family-owned specialist in macromolecular chemistry. Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently executing experiments for developing new products and modifying existing ones, focusing heavily on organic chemical syntheses, particularly emulsion and solution polymerizations at laboratory and technical scales. You will be responsible for optimizing synthesis methods, determining physicochemical properties using standardized testing, and meticulously documenting and communicating results. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with standard laboratory equipment and MS Office, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with application technology and production teams.
