Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping new energy industry tasks, focusing on the strategic and operational future of the German and European electricity system. The specialist acts as the primary contact and expert for the 'GreenGrid Compass' web platform, which calculates and displays the CO2 emissions of grid electricity. Key responsibilities include managing national and international stakeholders, coordinating with the software development team to identify platform enhancements, and driving cooperation with other transmission system operators (TSOs) and ENTSO-E. Additionally, the role requires independently conducting complex modeling and analysis related to current energy industry issues, evaluating model results, and leveraging expertise to support the team in defining the future role of the TSO. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in engineering or IT, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both German and English.
