Job Summary
This role involves acting as the central point of contact for the operational control and coordination of service processes within one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The Service Center Employee will work closely with colleagues in sales, technology, and project management to ensure that services are efficiently planned, implemented, and documented. Day-to-day tasks include processing quotes, orders, and service inquiries with a strong customer-service focus, monitoring resource availability and capacity, and coordinating service deployments and appointments. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations. Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in a commercial field or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in Service Management or a similar role (advantageous)
