Job Summary

As a Working Student in IT Support, you will join a versatile onsite service team at a client location in Augsburg. Your daily responsibilities will involve supporting the setup and installation of conference room technology to ensure seamless meetings, as well as delivering, installing, and decommissioning business IT hardware for end-users. You will be trained to use SAP for warehouse tasks and organizational logistics. Additionally, you will manage customer requests through a digital ticketing system, performing initial analysis and independent problem-solving.
