Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Economics or a comparable field, or qualification for the first entry-level of career group 2 (formerly higher general administrative service), or qualification of Administrative Course II

Experience

  • At least three years of project management experience with a focus on digitalization or coordination of digitalization projects within the last five years
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and digital transformation in the public sector (desirable)
