Job Summary

This role involves managing and steering critical E-Government initiatives within the Ministry of Finance and Digitalization M-V. The specialist will be responsible for executing decisions made by the E-Government Steering Committee, focusing on the approval, coordination, and management of cooperative digitalization projects. Key activities include strategically supporting administrative digitalization efforts, ensuring municipal integration of IT components (such as geo-information and IT security), and handling associated budget, procurement, and public relations tasks. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (Public Administration, Economics, or Law), at least three years of professional experience, and strong knowledge of procurement and budget law, coupled with excellent analytical, moderation, and basic IT infrastructure skills. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Schwerin, offering a secure environment within the largest employer in the region.
