Job Summary

This is a challenging and responsible role coordinating service management within the State Building and Real Estate Administration in Rostock, focusing on federal construction projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The professional will serve as a Project Leader, managing complex construction measures, specifically within the fields of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical/Building Services Engineering. Key responsibilities include project steering, managing procurement processes (VgV), overseeing contract management for external engineering firms, and ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The role also involves developing energy and system concepts, coordinating interfaces among project stakeholders, and acting as the technical and disciplinary representative for specialized areas like electrical systems, building automation, and IT/telecommunications technology. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant engineering degree and extensive experience in leading construction projects for state and federal clients, coupled with C1/C2 level German proficiency.
