Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician based in Walsrode/Bomlitz, focusing on maintaining and optimizing complex IT environments. The technician will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of both hardware and software IT faults, participating actively in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical IT systems including servers, storage, networking equipment, and firewalls. Key responsibilities also include the installation and configuration of hardware and software components, monitoring existing infrastructures, and providing dedicated support for Windows clients, mobile devices, and printers. The ideal candidate must possess detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, strong networking skills (Layer 1-3), and proven experience in Second Level Support, ensuring structured and professional communication with clients.
