The position requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools to support the continuous optimization and development of training processes and the product portfolio. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, plus a pedagogical additional qualification (e.g., AEVO) or comparable qualifications.
