This role is for a Senior IT Support Expert to join a top German engineering and IT service provider, focusing on delivering high-quality technical support and system administration for diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring client IT infrastructure, and providing comprehensive support for various technologies including servers, clients, storage, networking, and firewalls. A key focus will be on supporting Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux systems, alongside managing Microsoft Office 365 environments.
