Job Summary

This role involves leading complex, demanding IT and eGovernment projects for the City of Stuttgart's Office for Digitalization, Organization, and IT (DO.IT). The Project Manager will utilize both conventional and agile methodologies to drive the digital transformation of the city administration, focusing on organization-wide and city-wide initiatives. A key responsibility is managing the Input Management project related to the introduction of the e-file system, optimizing document and file administration. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing new citizen- and customer-oriented online services, particularly those mandated by the Online Access Act (OZG), and ensuring projects adhere to strict cost, deadline, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree, preferably in Computer Science, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, and expertise in eGovernment project and process management.
