Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the future learning and development culture within the District Administration of Lüneburg by focusing on strategic human resources development. The specialist will be responsible for advancing concepts for leadership and junior leadership development, including mentoring, peer consulting, employee appraisals, and coaching. Key tasks also include developing comprehensive qualification concepts, creating models for key competencies and requirement profiles, and enhancing knowledge management processes. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys pioneering new approaches, strengthening and motivating people, and driving organizational change within the public sector. The role is part-time (19.5 hours/week), permanent, and offers compensation up to salary group EG 10 TVöD.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) with completed Angestelltenlehrgang II, or a university degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources Development (desirable)
  • Foundational knowledge of HR and organizational development in the public sector (desirable)
