Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the future learning and development culture within the District Administration of Lüneburg by focusing on strategic human resources development. The specialist will be responsible for advancing concepts for leadership and junior leadership development, including mentoring, peer consulting, employee appraisals, and coaching. Key tasks also include developing comprehensive qualification concepts, creating models for key competencies and requirement profiles, and enhancing knowledge management processes.
