Job Summary
Join a dedicated and motivated team within the Organizational Development department of the Lüneburg District Administration, contributing significantly to the future-oriented direction of the district. This full-time, permanent role involves conceptualizing and executing systematic organizational studies across various units. Day-to-day tasks include conducting empirical and analytical process-related staffing assessment procedures, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and advising management on organizational development measures. The specialist will also lead moderation sessions, participate in the internal communication working group, and support the procurement and oversight of external organizational development services. Candidates should possess a background in public administration or relevant fields like administration sciences or organizational development, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring a goal-oriented and team-focused approach.
Required Skills
Education
Required: Qualification for the first entry-level position of Career Group 2 in General Services, OR Completed training as an Administrative Specialist (State and Local Administration) with completed Advanced Administrative Course (Administrative Business Economist), OR Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Administration Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Social Sciences).

- Location constraint: Lüneburg. Must meet specific German public service career path qualifications (Laufbahnbefähigung) or equivalent administrative qualifications (Angestelltenlehrgang II).
