This role involves working as a Technical Employee within the Data Center Operations team for the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA), a central IT service provider for the entire Bavarian Police force, supporting over 43,000 employees. The primary responsibilities include monitoring central IT applications, servers, and the data network, assisting with troubleshooting and incident management, and serving as the central IT hotline for 1st-level support, including documentation in a ticketing system.
