Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st Level Client Support as part of an Onsite Team for a leading global technology company specializing in IT services and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of end-user devices across multiple locations, primarily Düsseldorf and Cologne, with potential nationwide travel required. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and processing incident reports and service requests, managing ticket documentation within the system, and performing installations, break/fix repairs, and troubleshooting for end devices. Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational education or equivalent professional experience, coupled with foundational knowledge of networks, servers, and current operating systems like Windows 7-10 and MS Office 365. Excellent German and good English language skills are mandatory for effective communication and documentation.
