IT Support Technician - On-Site | IT-Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) - vor-Ort Support

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level IT user support directly on-site in Vettelschoß, handling issues in both German and English. Key daily tasks include managing the entire lifecycle of trouble tickets—from capture and documentation to prioritization and escalation within the system. You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers) and software, as well as assisting with IT relocations, including the complete setup and testing of new workstations. Success requires a completed IT vocational qualification, substantial practical experience in user support, and strong command of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365. You will also contribute to team knowledge transfer and the maintenance of the knowledge database.
