Job Summary

This role targets an experienced IT professional specializing in high-touch, personalized VIP support within a global IT service provider environment. The core responsibilities involve providing end-to-end technical assistance for executive incidents and requests, including consulting, user training, and specialized support during critical events, travel, and presentations. You will manage technical services such as break-fix/swap, proactive maintenance, backup/recovery, and asset administration. Success in this position requires a completed IT qualification or at least one year of recent professional IT experience, strong general hardware and Windows operating system knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for effective interaction with senior stakeholders and fulfilling non-standard, personalized requests for leaders.
