Job Summary

This role involves essential administrative support for Information Technology operations within the Bundeswehr Service Center in Stetten a.k.M. The IT Office Administrator will primarily manage IT inventory using the IT inventory register (IT-BV), handle user support, and manage access rights for systems like file servers. Key responsibilities also include managing the procurement, administration, and disposal of official mobile phones, ordering IT consumables, and supporting the administration and continuous development of the Intranet and SharePoint presence. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in administration or a comparable field, coupled with solid experience in technical data management. Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software management, network technology, and Microsoft Office applications is mandatory. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist, a comparable vocational qualification, or thorough specialized knowledge in the commercial or administrative sector.

Experience
