The manager will provide both disciplinary and technical supervision for specialized BA technical staff, managing all associated hardware and software, and ensuring continuous professional development for the team. Key responsibilities include coordinating workflows for both internal staff and external contractors, upholding occupational safety standards, and analyzing data from building automation systems to develop optimization strategies. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electronics (focus on Energy and Building Technology, Communication and Security Technology, or Systems Electronics), Master Craftsman in Information Technology, Master Craftsman in Electrical Machinery Construction, or Industrial Master Craftsman in Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Professional experience in personnel management and instruction
  • At least two years of professional activity operating automated technical systems and handling legal compliance regulations
