Job Summary

This role is central to supporting the digital future of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by providing critical data analysis and transparent reporting. The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining various evaluations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Excel and MicroStrategy, focusing on project, resource, and financial data. Key daily tasks include developing standard reporting for management, supporting deviation analyses and forecasts, and collaborating closely with Business Management and Controlling teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Controlling, or IT, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and understanding of business metrics are essential for delivering a clear steering picture for the corporate division and supporting strategic decision-making.
