This role involves the physical design and layout of complex Mixed-Signal and RF/Analog SiGe-BiCMOS modules for international clients, working closely with circuit development teams. Key responsibilities include creating block-level layouts using Cadence Virtuoso XL, performing comprehensive verification flows (DRC, LVS) with tools like Cadence Assura/PVS, and coordinating floorplanning with RF-IC Design and RF System teams. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in Custom RF/Analog Layout, coupled with deep knowledge of modern layout techniques such as device matching and RF shielding. Automation skills using scripting languages like SKILL or Python are highly valued.
