Job Summary

This is a pivotal, tenured position for an outstanding scientist to lead the Division of Nutrition in Cancer Prevention at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), strategically integrated within the new National Cancer Prevention Center (NCPC). The Division Head will be responsible for establishing the "Viessmann Laboratory for Sustainable Healthy Nutrition," focusing on population-based research to develop, implement, and evaluate nutritional interventions aimed at cancer prevention. The role requires proven expertise in public health nutrition, epidemiology, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on translational research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
