The successful candidate will independently plan and conduct experimental research focused on transport processes, proteins, and sugar metabolism in conifer and deciduous trees. This involves developing and modifying molecular biological and biochemical methods, publishing findings in international scientific journals, and ultimately completing a doctoral thesis. The position also includes teaching duties in Botany.
